Returns and Cancellation Policy

As all our products are processed almost immediately after purchasing to ensure they are delivered promptly, we do not offer cancellations or refunds due to a simple change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order before checking out.

If you wish to cancel an order due to a change in circumstances, you are welcome to contact us to find out whether we have begun processing your order. If your order has not yet been made, we may issue you store credit or cancel your order for a cancellation fee of $30 AUD. Please note that cancellations and refunds are not permitted for custom arrangements and orders that have already been made, dispatched or in transit.

If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@orlandore.com.au within 48 hours of receipt and supporting photos for a replacement or refund. Our team will review your request and approved refunds for damaged or faulty products will be processed within 1-2 business days, then issued via the original payment method. If you have paid for shipping, we will refund the shipping cost too for any approved refunds.
