Our beautiful hand-illustrated artworks are completely customised to your photos. Simply upload a photo of your pet, select your preferences and let us transform it into a wonderful piece of art.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select the size and colour frame of your choice. To add personalised words (optional), please DM us on Instagram with your order number or e-mail info@orlandore.com.au
2. Upload your photo at checkout after payment is complete. When you reach the order confirmation page, you will be prompted to upload your photo.
3. Once completed, we will email you the illustration for your review and allow you to request for any changes to the drawing. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for your order to be shipped if you request for any revisions to be made.
4. Your hand-drawn illustration will be delivered to you via email as a high-quality JPG file AND shipped directly to your door in a frame. For Digital Copy Only, the illustration will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
NOTE:
• Please allow 1-3 days for our artists to bring your illustration to life. Once approved, we will ship the portraits out within 1-2 business days.
• If you select a preferred delivery date at checkout, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time due to the processing time involved (e.g. if revisions are made).
• If your order is urgent, please contact us so we can arrange for your order to be prioritised.
• Please ensure everyone's head is visible in the photo - i.e. no faces or heads cut off around the edges.

Yes. At Orlandore, we want to help make it easy for you to surprise that special someone no matter where they may be around the world. All portraits are delivered with the recipient’s details only and will not mention billing details of the sender. All orders also come with a complimentary greeting card that you can customise with your own personalised message.
Absolutely! If you have a photo featuring more people than you would like drawn up, please let us know by e-mailing us at info@orlandore.com.au with your order number.
Alternatively, you can simply mock up your photo by drawing a tick above the people you'd like us to illustrate, or by simply circling them.
Yes! We ship worldwide.
We use Australia Post for all orders. Please refer to this link for more specific delivery times. For International Shipping, customs has the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. We are not responsible for any charges related to customs or import fees that may be imposed by your country.
We are proudly Aussie owned and use Australia Post for all deliveries.
For Metro QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT, most deliveries will arrive within 1-2 days when Express Postage is selected, and 3-4 business days when Standard Postage is selected. Please refer to our Delivery page for detailed shipping times.
