Delivery
We understand how important it is for your flowers to reach your loved ones safely and in pristine condition for the perfect surprise. All our floral arrangements are carefully packaged in secure packaging and shipped via Australia Post. You will also be issued a tracking number which means fully tracked delivery from the moment it leaves our floral boutique to when it arrives at your home!
All orders without a selected delivery date will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. If you have selected a preferred delivery date at checkout, we will try our best to dispatch it so that it arrives on your preferred date. We also provide the option to select TNT Next Day delivery for urgent deliveries. Please note all TNT orders need to be placed before 12PM for next day delivery.
Custom illustration portraits
Due to the nature of the portraits and processing time involved, we cannot guarantee that your portrait will arrive by your preferred delivery date. Portraits are dispatched 1-2 business days from the day the final illustration is approved. If you require your portrait to be delivered urgently, please contact us at info@orlandore.com.au.

International Shipping

International deliveries will take between 6-20 business days. All international deliveries are shipped via Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post's international delivery guidelines for an estimated delivery time for your country.
