Shipping policy

Orlandore offers free shipping on all products within Australia with no minimum spend required. Due to the nature of our arrangements, our couriers do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. All rose arrangements are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely to the recipient. 

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all floral deliveries are made contactless to ensure the safety of both the courier and the recipient.

You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order is ready to be dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update. If you do not receive a tracking number, it means we are hand delivering your order on your preferred delivery date.

Floral arrangements

All orders without a selected delivery date will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. If you have selected a preferred delivery date at checkout, we will try our best to dispatch it so that it arrives on your preferred date. 

Custom illustration portraits

Due to the nature of the portraits and processing time involved, we cannot guarantee that your portrait will arrive by your preferred delivery date. Portraits are dispatched 1-2 business days from the day the final illustration is approved. If you require your portrait to be delivered urgently, please contact us at info@orlandore.com.au.

Please note: For rural and remote areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days.

The shipping times provided below are an estimate only and we will try our best to have your order delivered within the timeframe specified. Once your order is in the hands of the courier, we cannot control the process of delivery. Factors outside our control such as weather, flight delays and delivery driver breakdowns may impact these times. We recommend that you place your order earlier in advance to ensure it arrives in time for your special occasion.

International Shipping

All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days.

International deliveries will take between 6-20 business days. All international deliveries are shipped via Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post's international delivery guidelines for an estimated delivery time for your country.
